Meet Bryan Pellican

Serving the Las Vegas valley since 2002. My wife and I have helped over 4,000 families buy and sell homes in Las Vegas (stats confirmed by the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors), over 400 Million in sales volume. Most agents might sell 10 homes a year and will sell 200 homes in a 20 year career.

For many years I have been in the top 10 in production of over 10,000 Las Vegas agents. I am not bragging but rather I am applying for the job of helping you buy or sell your next home.

A home sale or purchase is typically one of the largest financial transactions a family will make in their lifetime. Why choose an agent who only sells a handful of homes per year?

Bryan reached out to me with any updates from the start of the sale to signing final documents, I was never wondering what was going on. He was extremely involved with the prospective buyer's realtors to get both positive and negative feedback to improve...

I spent a lot of time reading Zillow reviews - hundreds of them - before choosing Bryan as my broker, and I can honestly say it was worth every second of that effort. Bryan helped me sell two Las Vegas investment properties, in a down market, as part of a 1031 exchange. Both homes needed a substantial amount of work done. I don't live in Las Vegas, and had come to town to coordinate the rehabs myself. I spent two weeks interviewing cont...

Firstly, I want to make it clear that I resided in both Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. I was going through a tumultuous divorce, and I needed to sell our Las Vegas property in order to have some sort of liquid cash. My son and I did not have a stable source of liquid income. I am immunusuppressed, and closed my preschool down because of covid. Let's just say it was difficult to sell the Las Vegas property as not all owners were onboard even th...
